Common use of Confirmation by Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Confirmation by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall confirm receipt of the Parent Borrower’s notice delivered pursuant to Section 2.15(a) no later than the date that is fifteen (15) days prior to the Initial Revolving Maturity Date or the First Extended Maturity Date, as applicable (or, in each case, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day).
