Common use of Configuration Services Clause in Contracts

Configuration Services. 2.1 The Supplier Account Team shall consist of the personnel listed at Schedule 2. The Supplier shall ensure continuity of its personnel assigned to this agreement. 2.2 The Supplier shall appoint the Supplier’s Project Manager, who shall have the authority to contractually bind the Supplier on all matters relating to this agreement. The Supplier shall ensure continuity of the Supplier’s Project Manager. 2.3 The Supplier shall perform the Configuration Services in accordance with Schedule 3 for implementation and roll-out of the Services.
