Configuration Services. 2.1 The Supplier shall use its reasonable endeavours to perform the Configuration Services by reference to the timetable established between the parties in the Project Plan, pursuant to Schedule 2. The Supplier shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any performance dates set out in the Project Plan, but any such dates are estimates only, and time for performance by the Supplier shall not be of the essence of this agreement. 2.2 In respect of each Deliverable, the Customer and the Supplier may agree a “Deliverable Sign Off” process. Within ten (10) days of the Supplier’s delivery to the Customer of any Deliverable, the Customer shall review the relevant Deliverable to confirm that it functions (in all material respects) in accordance with the applicable portion of the Software Specification.
