CONFIDENTIALITY, SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION. A. The Contractor shall maintain the confidentiality of medical records of individuals served by the Contractor under this Agreement except to disclose such confidential information to the Department for purposes of consultation or the Department's monitoring of this Agreement.
