Common use of Confidentiality; Publicity Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality; Publicity. a) Contractor hereby agrees to protect the physical security and restrict access to all data compiled for, used by, or otherwise in the possession of Contractor in performance of the services hereunder in accordance with Contractor's reasonable business practices and as otherwise provided in this Agreement. Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to confidentiality and privacy, including, without limitation, all requirements of M.G.L. c.66A implicated by the subject matter of this Agreement.

Unless required otherwise by law, Contractor shall not disclose to any third party any information, data, or documents compiled for, used by or otherwise in possession of Contractor in performance of the services pursuant to this Agreement and any Work Orders. Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to confidentiality and privacy, including, without limitation, all requirements of M.G.L. c.66A implicated by the subject matter of this Agreement.
