CONFIDENTIALITY; PUBLICATION; PUBLICITY. A. In fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement, it may be desirable or necessary for the parties to disclose to one another certain of their Confidential Information. In the event of receipt of such Confidential Information, the receiving party agrees to preserve such information as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties or to use it except in connection with this Agreement during the term of this Agreement and for a period of five (5) years following its termination.
