Common use of Confidentiality of Release Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Release. Employee shall keep the terms of this Release strictly confidential and shall not disclose any information concerning the terms of this Release or provide a copy of the same to anyone, except Employee's immediate family and legal and financial advisors, who shall be bound to maintain the confidence of the terms of this Release. If required by law to produce a copy of this Release or to make such disclosure, Employee shall give the Company notice prior to such production or disclosure.

Confidentiality of Release. Employee shall keep agrees that the terms and conditions of this Release are strictly confidential and confidential. He shall not disclose any information concerning disclose, discuss or reveal the terms or negotiation of this Release to any persons, entities or provide a copy organizations except as follows: (a) as required by court order; (b) to Employee’s spouse; or (c) to the parties’ attorneys or accountants, and Employee will instruct each of the same foregoing not to anyone, except Employee's immediate family and legal and financial advisors, who shall be bound to maintain disclose the confidence of the terms of this Release. If required by law to produce a copy of this Release or to make such disclosure, Employee shall give the Company notice prior to such production or disclosuresame.
