Common use of Confidentiality of Release Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Release. The Executive understands and agrees that the terms of this Release are strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party (other than the Executive’s immediate family, the Company, or legal advisors or as required by law) without the prior written consent of the Company.

Confidentiality of Release. The Executive understands and agrees the Company agree to keep confidential this Release, except that the terms of Executive and the Company may disclose this Release are strictly confidential to their legal and shall not be disclosed financial advisers and the Executive also may disclose to any third party (other than the Executive’s immediate family, and either party may disclose as otherwise may be required under applicable law, rule or regulation or pursuant to court order or in any legal proceeding to enforce its rights hereunder or under the Company, or legal advisors or as required by law) without the prior written consent of the CompanyEmployment Agreement.
