Common use of Confidentiality Obligation Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality Obligation. (a) The Service Provider agrees that the Confidential Information is highly confidential and of strategic importance to AHS. The Service Provider acknowledges that it is essential that the Confidential Information remain the sole and exclusive property of AHS and that any unauthorized use or disclosure of the Confidential Information by the Service Provider could cause serious harm to AHS.
