Confidentiality 2. 1E.1 The Contractor shall keep strictly confidential and shall not without the prior written approval of the Employer (which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) divulge to any third party nor (except for the purposes of the Works) make use of any confidential information relating to the Employer, the Works or otherwise (including, without limitation, information relating to methods and techniques of construction proposed by the Employer, any financial information relating to the Works and the contents of any drawings, details, documents or other information prepared by or on behalf of the Employer).
