Common use of Confidential Information – DNS-OARC Participants Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information – DNS-OARC Participants. If a Participant wishes certain information to be treated as confidential by the other DNS-OARC Participants, Participant shall clearly designate such information at the time of submission as confidential (“Confidential Information”). All such Confidential Information may be used by DNS-OARC and the other DNS-OARC Participants, provided that they (i) shall hold all Confidential Information in the highest confidence, (ii) shall not disclose, disseminate or publicize any Confidential Information to any person or entity, and (iii) shall take all action necessary or appropriate to hold all Confidential Information in the highest confidence. All Confidential Information shall remain confidential for a period of two (2) years after submission, unless a longer period is requested in writing by a Participant.
