Conferral and action. (a) The parties will confer as to what steps, if any, are to be taken in respect of any Claims or Allegations. (b) CSIRO retains the right to commence or defend legal proceedings in respect of any Claims or Allegations in its sole discretion, having regard to the discussions between the parties, and retains the sole right to enforce the Licensed Patents.
