Conference Room. Landlord currently operates a shared conference facility (the “Conference Center”) in the Building, which Conference Center is currently available for use by all tenants of the Building, at the current rates set by Landlord from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion ($25.00 per hour as of the Date of Lease), on a first come, first serve basis.
