Conduit system. The term “conduit system” refers to any combination of ducts, conduits, manholes, and handholes joined to form an integrated whole. As used in this Agreement, the term “conduit system” refers only to conduit systems owned or controlled by SWBT and does not include (a) cables and other telecommunications equipment located within conduit structures or (b) central office vaults, controlled environment vaults, or other SWBT structures (such as huts and cabinets) which branch off from or are connected to SWBT’s conduit.
