Conduit Section Clause Samples

The Conduit Section clause defines the requirements and specifications for the installation and use of conduits within a project. It typically outlines the types of materials permitted, the sizing and routing of conduits, and any standards or codes that must be followed during installation. For example, it may require that all electrical wiring be run through metal or PVC conduits and specify minimum burial depths or separation from other utilities. The core function of this clause is to ensure safe, organized, and code-compliant routing of cables or pipes, thereby reducing risks of damage, interference, or future maintenance issues.
