Conducting Work. Supplier’s representatives who carry out work on Bosch’s (or its Associated Company’s) factory premises in fulfil- ment of the Contract / Orders must observe the respective plant regulations. Bosch shall not be liable for any acci- dents suffered by these persons on our factory premises, except to the extent caused by wilful or gross negligence by Bosch’s legal representatives or persons employed by Bosch in the performance of our obligations.

Conducting Work. 12.1 Any persons who carry out work on BOSCH premises pursuant to the contract shall observe the respective plant regulations, being the counterpart of BOSCH responsible for eventual non-compliance by its employees, legal representatives, consultants, service providers and subcontracted in general. BOSCH is not liable for the accidents suffered by these persons inside its factory premises except to the extent caused by willful or gross negligent breach of duty by BOSCH legal representatives or BOSCH collaborators. 12.2 Suppliers who carry out work on our factory premises in fulfillment of the agreement must observe the statutory law and regulations as well as the plantregulations. The supplier is obligated to name a person in charge for the fulfilment of the order who ensures the supervisory and control duty. The supplier’s person in charge is obliged to check with the coor- dinator before carrying out the work in order to set up suitable safety precautions and to inform us and affected third parties about mutual threats. Suppliers are responsible for the instruction and safety of their employees and subcontractors as well as for securing hazards against third parties. The supplier may only use suitable and sufficiently quali-fied employees and safe working equipment within the plant’s premises. Any accidents occurring on the plant’s premises must be reported to us immediately. 13 Provision of Materials Materials, parts, containers and special packaging provided by us against payment or free of charge remain our property (“Provisions”). These may only be used as designated. The Provisions are processed and assembled for us. It is agreed that we are co-owner of the products manufactured with our materials and parts in proportion to the value of the Provisions in relation to the value of the whole product; such products shall be kept safe for us by the supplier to this extent. We reserve the right to joint ownership of the products manufactured using our Provisions pending settlement in full of the claims accruing through the Provisions. The supplier has the right to on-sell the products manufactured using our Provisions in the normal course of business subject to reservation of title. The supplier assigns to us in full now already all of the claims and ancillary rights accruing to the supplier from such sale. The assigned claims serve as security for the claims accruing to us through the Provision. The supplier has the right to collect the assigned claims. ...

  • THE WORK The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor necessary to produce such construction, and all materials and equipment incorporated or to be incorporated in such construction.

  • Extra Work At any time during the Term of this Agreement, City may request that Consultant perform Extra Work. As used herein, “Extra Work” means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Completion of the Work The Contractor must obtain Material Completion as defined in Section 6.1.2 below prior to any occupancy of the Project.

  • Contract Work The provision of goods and services identified in the Contract constitute the contract work (Contract Work). Contractor shall perform the Contract Work pursuant to the terms of the Contract. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, appliances, and appurtenances for the Contract Work in strict conformity with this Contract, within the time-period prescribed by the City.

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.

  • Outside Work All work necessary to the assembling, installation, erection, operation, maintenance, repair, control, in- spection and supervision of all electrical apparatus, devices, wires, cables, supports, insulators, conduc- tors, ducts and raceways when part of distributing systems outside of buildings, railroads and outside the directly related railroad property and yards. In- stalling and maintaining the catenary and trolley work on railroad property, and bonding of rails. All underground ducts and cables when they are in- stalled by and are part of the system of a distrib- uting company, except in power stations during new construction, including ducts and cables to adjacent switch racks or substations. All outdoor substations and electrical connections up to and including the setting of transformers and the connecting of the secondary buses thereto. Outside work to include renewable electrical energy sources such as solar photovoltaic, geothermal, wind, biomass, wave, etc., and other distributed en- ergy installations such as fuel cells, microturbines, etc.

  • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP at its own cost and expense shall observe, comply with, perform, undertake and be responsible:
