Conduct under the Proposal Clause Samples
Conduct under the Proposal. Grantee shall allocate space, monies, personnel, and other resources as described within the Proposal to complete the activities set forth in the Proposal. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s failure to make such allocations shall be deemed to be a termination of the activities set forth in the Proposal by Grantee. Termination of the activities set forth in the Proposal by Grantee is grounds for termination of this Agreement. In performing the activities set forth in the Proposal, Grantee shall maintain complete and accurate records of such activities, follow commonly accepted standards of workmanship, and comply with all relevant federal, state, or local laws and regulations, and Washington State executive orders. Without limiting the general requirement contained herein, Grantee shall comply with all federal and state laws relating to discrimination by employers or in public accommodations, receipt and disbursement of state and federal funds, tax reporting and withholding requirements, workers’ compensation, and wage and hour laws.
