Common use of Conduct orientation Clause in Contracts

Conduct orientation. To provide University’s nursing faculty and the Students with (a) an orientation covering the Agency facilities, programs, policies, practices, rules, and regulations and (b) current copies of the Agency’s policies, practices, rules, and regulations at the time of such orientation.
