Conduct of Optimization Program. The Parties hereby agree that the Optimization Program shall be carried out in accordance with the Optimization Plan and this Agreement, as amended from time to time. ICOS shall review the Optimization Plan on a regular and an ongoing basis and may make written changes to the Optimization Plan so long as such changes are mutually agreed to in writing by Array.
