Common use of Condominiums/Planned Unit Developments Clause in Contracts

Condominiums/Planned Unit Developments. If the Residential Dwelling on the Mortgaged Property is a condominium unit or a unit in a planned unit development (other than a de minimis planned unit development) such condominium or planned unit development project meets the eligibility requirements of Xxxxxx Mae and Xxxxxxx Mac including Xxxxxx Mae eligibility requirements for sale to Xxxxxx Xxx or is located in a condominium or planned unit development project which has received Xxxxxx Mae project approval and the representations and warranties required by Xxxxxx Xxx with respect to such condominium or planned unit development have been made and remain true and correct in all respects;
