Conditions to Subsequent Advances. The obligation of Lenders to make each Advance subsequent to the initial Advance shall be subject to the fulfillment to the satisfaction of Agent (but, as between the Lenders and the Agent, subject to Section 8.15 hereof) of the following conditions precedent:
