Conditions to Revolving Loans. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or any other Loan Document, no amendment, waiver or consent of or with respect to any Loan Document shall, unless in writing, and signed by the Requisite Revolving Lenders, amend, modify or waive Section 5.2. or any other provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Documents if the effect of such amendment, waiver or consent is to require the Revolving Lenders to make Revolving Loans when such Lenders would not otherwise be required to do so.
