Conditions to Effectiveness and Initial Credit Extension. This Agreement shall not become effective, and no Lender or Issuer shall be required to make the initial Credit Extension hereunder, unless and until the Agent shall have received all of the following, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, and in the case of documents, in the number of originals requested by the Agent (except that only one original of each requested Note shall be signed):
