Conditions to Each Loan and Letter of Credit. The agreement of each Lender to make any Loan requested to be made by it on any date and the agreement of each Issuing Bank to honor any request for an L/C Credit Extension (including its initial Loan and Letter of Credit requested to be made or issued by it) is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent as of the date such Loan or L/C Credit Extension is requested to be made:
