CONDITIONS TO DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS; DISBURSEMENT TERMS Clause Samples
The "Conditions to Disbursement of Funds; Disbursement Terms" clause defines the requirements that must be met before funds are released under an agreement and outlines the specific terms governing such disbursements. Typically, this clause lists prerequisites such as submission of certain documents, achievement of project milestones, or compliance with legal and contractual obligations. It also details the timing, method, and process for transferring funds once conditions are satisfied. The core function of this clause is to ensure that funds are only disbursed when agreed-upon criteria are met, thereby protecting the interests of the party providing the funds and reducing the risk of premature or improper payments.
