Common use of Conditions of Payment and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Payment and Benefits. The Company's obligation to pay the payments and benefits under Article 2 is contingent upon Employee's compliance with his obligations under this Article, and if Employee breaches any provision of this Article, he shall be required to repay all such payments and benefits; provided, however, this shall not limit the Company's other available legal or equitable remedies, including without limitation the Company's right to seek specific performance of the obligations set forth herein.
