Common use of Conditions of Issuance Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Issuance. (a) Prior to or simultaneously with the authentication and delivery of the Series 1997 Bonds by the Trustee, the Trustee shall have received notice that the conditions for the issuance of the Letter of Credit as set forth in Article VII of the Reimbursement Agreement have been satisfied and there shall be filed with the Trustee such documents, certificates and opinions as Trustee (or in the case of the Letter of Credit, the Credit Facility Trustee) may require, including, the following:
