Conditions of Initial Credit Extensions. The obligations of the Lenders to make the initial Loans and of the Issuing Lender to issue or continue its initial Letters of Credit hereunder shall not become effective until the date on which the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent shall have received each of the following documents, each of which shall be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in form and substance (or such condition shall have been waived in accordance with Section 10.05):
