Common use of Conditions of Initial Advance Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Initial Advance. The obligation of the Bank to make the initial Advance hereunder shall be subject to the satisfaction by the Borrower of the following conditions precedent, in addition to the applicable conditions precedent set forth in Section 6.2 below:
