Conditions for Completion Acceptance. The Contractor may apply for completion acceptance when the works meet the following conditions: (1) Except for the omitted works and defect repair works agreed by the Employer, all works within the contract scope and related works, including tests, trial operations, and inspections required by the contract, have been completed and meet the contract requirements; (2) A list of omitted works and defect repair works and the corresponding construction plans have been prepared in accordance with the contract agreement; (3) Completion documents have been prepared in the content and quantity as agreed in the contract.
