CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES. (a) A member of the Bargaining Unit must be out of work during the school year due to sickness or injury of the teacher for at least thirty (30) consecutive school days, and s/he must have exhausted his/her own bank of leave days before s/he is eligible to receive any days from the Central Bank. It is understood that the Central Bank Committee may waive part or all of the waiting period if in its judgment, circumstances warrant.
