Conditions and Compliance. No violation of any applicable zoning or building requirements or any other Laws has occurred or exists with respect to the development and construction of the Project. The Authority and Company, respectively, have obtained all licenses, permits and approvals required under applicable Laws regulating development. The Authority is in compliance with the Laws of all applicable governmental authorities.
