Conditional Street Closures. During the Due Diligence Phase, the Authority will apply to the City Council for approval of the conditional closure of all of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ between Arctic Avenue and Pacific Avenue. Such conditional street closure shall become effective upon fulfillment of the Street Closure Pre-Conditions. Upon acquiring the necessary ownership and other rights, the Authority will apply for conditional closure of the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parcel, and such street closure will become effective upon fulfilment of the conditions specified in any City Council resolution approving such closure.
Conditional Street Closures. Authority will pursue approval of the necessary street closures to accomplish the Project. These are (i) ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ between Arctic and Pacific (ii) a portion of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ between Artic and Pacific, and (iii) an abandoned alley on the Treasurer’s Block.
