Common use of Conditional Right Clause in Contracts

Conditional Right. Lessee shall have the right to assign this Lease or sublease during the Term of this Lease, subject to Lessor’s prior written consent, which consent shall not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. If Lessor does not consent to a request for an assignment or sublease, within ten (10) days of the receipt of ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s request, Lessor shall provide written notice to Lessee of setting forth all the reasons Lessor denied ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s request.
