Common use of Conditional Release Clause in Contracts

Conditional Release. In the event of termination under subsections 11.6.1, 11.6.2, or 11.6.3, Licensee will be released from any future obligations under this Agreement or any future obligations under any Approved Design, if terminated, provided however, that Licensee shall remain obligated for all obligations that arose prior to such termination.

Conditional Release. In the event of termination under subsections 11.6.111.7.1, 11.6.211.7.2, or 11.6.311.7.3, Licensee will be released from any future obligations under this Agreement Agreement, if terminated, or any future obligations under any Approved Design, Design if terminated, provided however, that Licensee shall remain obligated for all obligations that arose prior to such termination.

Conditional Release. In the event of termination under subsections 11.6.1, 11.6.2, Sections 15.1 or 11.6.315.2, Licensee will be released from any future obligations under this Agreement Agreement, if terminated, or any future obligations under any Approved DesignProduct Order, if terminated, provided however, that Licensee shall remain obligated for all obligations that arose prior to such termination.
