Conditional Release from Liability. 8. Subject to Paragraph 14-18, the Office agrees, except as provided herein, that it will not bring any criminal or civil case against the Company relating to any of the conduct described in the Statement of Facts, attached hereto as Attachment A, or the criminal Information filed pursuant to this Agreement, or disclosed to the Office prior to the signing of this Agreement. The Office, however, may use any information related to the conduct described in the attached Statement of Facts against the Company: (a) in a prosecution for perjury or obstruction of justice; (b) in a prosecution for making a false statement; (c) in a prosecution or other proceeding relating to any crime of violence; or (d) in a prosecution or other proceeding relating to a violation of any provision of Title 26 of the United States Code.

Subject to Paragraph 14-18Paragraphs 23 to 25, the Office agreesOffices agree, except as provided hereinin this Agreement, that it they will not bring any criminal or civil case against the Company or any of its branches, representative offices or direct or indirect affiliates, or joint ventures relating to any of the conduct described in the Statement of Facts, attached hereto as Attachment A, Facts or the criminal Information filed pursuant to this Agreement, or disclosed to the Office prior to the signing of this Agreement. The OfficeOffices, however, may use any information related to the conduct described in the attached Statement of Facts against the Company: (a) in a prosecution for perjury or obstruction of justice; (b) in a prosecution for making a false statement; (c) in a prosecution or other proceeding relating to any crime of violence; or (d) in a prosecution or other proceeding relating to a violation of any provision of Title 26 of the United States Code.

Subject to Paragraph 14Paragraphs 18-1821, the Office agrees, except as provided hereinin this Agreement, that it will not bring any criminal or civil case against the Company relating to or any of its parents, branches, representative offices or direct or indirect affiliates, subsidiaries or joint ventures based on the conduct described in the Statement of Facts, attached hereto as Attachment A, or Facts and the criminal Information filed pursuant to this Agreement, or disclosed to the Office prior to the signing of this Agreement. The Office, however, may use any information related to the conduct described in the attached Statement of Facts against the Company: (a) in a prosecution for perjury or obstruction of justice; (b) in a prosecution for making a false statement; (c) in a prosecution or other proceeding relating to any crime of violence; or (d) in a prosecution or other proceeding relating to a violation of any provision of Title 26 of the United States Code.

Subject to Paragraph 14-18Paragraphs 17 through 21, the Office Fraud Section agrees, except as provided hereinin this Agreement, that it will not bring any criminal or civil case against the Company relating to any of the conduct described in the Statement of Facts, attached hereto as Attachment A, Facts or the superseding criminal Information filed pursuant to this Agreement, or disclosed to Agreement except for the Office prior to the signing of charges filed concurrently in this AgreementCourt against JERDS Luxembourg Holding S.ar.l. The OfficeFraud Section, however, may use any information related to the conduct described in the attached Statement of Facts against the Company: (a) in a prosecution for perjury or obstruction of justice; (b) in a prosecution for making a false statement; (c) in a prosecution or other proceeding relating to any crime of violence; or (d) in a prosecution or other proceeding relating to a violation of any provision of Title 26 of the United States Code.

Subject to Paragraph 14-18Paragraphs 22 to 25, the Office agreesOffices agree, except as provided hereinin this Agreement and the plea agreement with CSSEL dated October 19, 2021, that it they will not bring any criminal or civil case against the Company or any of its direct or indirect corporate affiliates or subsidiaries, relating to any of the conduct described in the Statement of Facts, attached hereto as Attachment A, Facts or the criminal Information filed pursuant to this Agreement, or disclosed to the Office prior to the signing of this Agreement. The OfficeOffices, however, may use any information related to the conduct described in the attached Statement of Facts against the Company: (a) in a prosecution for perjury or obstruction of justice; (b) in a prosecution for making a false statement; (c) in a prosecution or other proceeding relating to any crime of violence; or (d) in a prosecution or other proceeding relating to a violation of any provision of Title 26 of the United States Code.

The OfficeDepartment, however, may use any information related to the conduct described in the attached Statement of Facts against the Company: (a) in a prosecution for perjury or obstruction of justice; (b) in a prosecution for making a false statement; (c) in a prosecution or other proceeding relating to any crime of violence; or (d) in a prosecution or other proceeding relating to a violation of any provision of Title 26 of the United States Code.
