Conditional Lien Waivers. Current lien waivers in a form approved by the title company issuing interim mechanic’s lien coverage to the DSA with respect to the Public Parking Garage (the “Title Company”) and acceptable to DSA (in its reasonable discretion), the preferred form of which is attached hereto as Schedule E-5, executed by the GC and each subcontractor receiving payment in connection with the then applicable disbursement conditioned only upon payment of the amounts set forth on such lien waivers.
