Conditional Fee Sample Clauses
Conditional Fee. In the event that the Filing Date does not occur within four months after the date of this Agreement, the Company must pay to the Lender a fee of (pound)10,000 per month or part thereof, which will be payable monthly in advance during the remainder of the Availability Period until the Filing Date occurs.
Conditional Fee. In addition to the down-payment, the Customer shall pay a conditional fee for each subscription year to the Company in the event that one or more films analyzed on the Platform are successful, as set forth in the Annex 1.
