Common use of Conditional Coverage Clause in Contracts

Conditional Coverage. The Service Provider and its subcontractors shall maintain at all times during the Term coverage listed below if applicable to the scope of work: (i) Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance with a combined single limit for personal injury and property damage of not less than $1,000,000, to include owned, leased, hired and non-owned vehicles; and (ii) Supplier or Professional Liability Insurance covering errors and omissions in professional services, with limits not less than $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 annual aggregate, for a period of not less than three (3) years after substantial completion of the Services.
