Common use of Concurrent Users Clause in Contracts

Concurrent Users. Where a number of Authorized Users is specified in Table A above as a concurrent user, up to that number of individual Authorized Users may use the applicable Software program on a concurrent user basis by accessing the Authorized Server(s), without regard to the user ID of the individual.
