Concurrent Terms. The restrictions contained in Paragraph 9(B) above, including the subparts, run concurrent with the restrictions contained in Paragraph 9(C) above. Additionally, to the extent Employee is subject to other post-employment restrictions as part of any other agreement with Employer, its parent companies and/or their affiliates or subsidiaries, those additional post-employment restrictions run concurrently with the restrictions contained in Paragraph 9(B) and 9(C) above.
