CONCURRENT REPORTING.  Notification of New Employees - (See Article 4.05 a) i)) The Society agrees to notify the Local in writing of the following:  all new employees covered by this Agreement with their name, address, home telephone number, classification and starting salary, who commence employment with the Society  all employees who leave the bargaining unit within ten (10) working days of the termination date  notice of change of address and/or home telephone number of each bargaining unit employee when received in writing.  Notification of Employee's Intention to Retire The Society agrees to notify the Local in writing regarding employees covered in this Agreement when they give written notification of their intention to retire from the Society. Failure to do so will not be the subject matter of a grievance.
