Concurrent Basis Sample Clauses
The "Concurrent Basis" clause establishes that certain obligations or actions under a contract are to be performed simultaneously by the parties involved. In practice, this means that each party's duty to perform is dependent on the other party fulfilling their corresponding obligation at the same time—for example, payment and delivery occurring together. This clause is essential for ensuring fairness and mutual assurance, as it prevents one party from being required to perform without the guarantee that the other will do so concurrently, thereby reducing the risk of non-performance.
