Concurrent Approval Clause Samples
The Concurrent Approval clause establishes that certain actions, decisions, or documents require the simultaneous consent or authorization of multiple parties before proceeding. In practice, this means that no single party can unilaterally approve or implement the specified matter; for example, both partners in a joint venture may need to sign off on major expenditures or changes to project plans at the same time. This clause ensures that all relevant stakeholders have equal input and oversight, thereby preventing unilateral decisions and promoting collaborative governance.
