Common use of Concurrence Clause in Contracts

Concurrence. Except for the matters set out in Clauses 30.02 (b) and (c) below, the Canadian Model dated October 2005, as updated by the 2010 Addendum [the ‘Canadian Model’], will be implemented by agreement under this Collective Agreement for the purposes set out in section 1.1 of the Canadian Model, and the Parties will co-operate with each other in achieving those purposes.

Concurrence. Except for the matters set out in Clauses 30.02 (barticles 7.07(b) and (c7.07(c) below, the Canadian Model dated October 2005, as updated by the 2010 Addendum [the ‘“Canadian Model’”], will be implemented by agreement under this Collective Agreement for the purposes set out in section 1.1 of the Canadian Model, and the Parties will co-operate with each other in achieving those purposes.

Concurrence. Except for the matters set out in Clauses 30.02 15.07 (b) and (c) below, the Canadian Model dated October 20058, as updated by the 2010 Addendum 2014, Version 5.0 [the ‘Canadian Model’], will be implemented by agreement under this Collective Agreement for the purposes set out in section 1.1 of the Canadian Model, and the Parties will co-operate with each other in achieving those purposes.

Except for the matters set out in Clauses 30.02 28.02 (b) and (c) below, the Canadian Model dated October 2005, as updated by the 2010 Addendum [the ‘Canadian Model’], will be implemented by agreement under this Collective Agreement for the purposes set out in section 1.1 2.0 of the Canadian Model, and the Parties will co-co- operate with each other in achieving those purposes.
