"Debt Limit" has the meaning set forth in Section hereof. "Default" means the occurrence of any of the events or conditions specified in Section 5.01, whether or not any requirement for notice or lapse of time or other condition precedent has been satisfied. "Derivative Obligations" means all obligations of any Person with respect to any Hedging Transaction to which such Person is a party. "Dollars" and the sign "$" means lawful currencyof the United States of America. "Domestic Business Day" means any day except a Saturday, Sunday or other day on which commercial banks in New York City are authorized by law to close.
