Concessions Vendor Sample Clauses
The Concessions Vendor clause defines the rights and responsibilities of a party authorized to sell food, beverages, or merchandise at a specific venue or event. Typically, this clause outlines the types of products the vendor may offer, the standards for operation, and any fees or revenue-sharing arrangements with the venue owner. By clearly establishing the terms under which concessions are provided, this clause helps prevent disputes over sales rights and ensures a consistent experience for event attendees.
Concessions Vendor. The Parties acknowledge that Licensee has contracted with Ovations Fanfare, L.P. to provide concessions services for all Licensee Events and Licensor Events through December 31, 2016. Licensee has the right under this License to extend that contract through the end of the Term. If Licensee elects to retain a new concessionaire (or subsequent concessionaires, as the case may be), it shall notify and consult with Licensor on such retention, but Licensee shall have absolute discretion to negotiate a contract with the new concessionaire for a term mutually agreeable to the Parties.
