Concern Procedure. 3.02.1 A “concern” is defined as any questions or issue between any Professional Staff Member or the ASSOCIATION with the BOARD and/or the ADMINISTRATION concerning any complaint, dispute, problem or other condition which is not a grievance as defined in Section 3.01. 3.02.2 The procedures set forth in Section 3.07 shall be applicable to the processing of any concern. The provisions of Level Four–Arbitration shall not be applicable to any concern, and the decision of the Superintendent shall be final with respect to any concern.
