Comverse's Obligation. Comverse agrees to (i) furnish to the Company such further information, (ii) execute and deliver to the Company such other documents, and (iii) do such other acts and things, all as the Company may reasonably request in order to permit the Company to file all certificates, notices, tax returns, documents or other instruments that may be required by law to be filed by the Company.
