comScore Software. “comScore Software” shall mean the object code versions of any computer software, and any updates or upgrades relating to any of the foregoing, used, licensed or developed by comScore or any of its Affiliates to access or manipulate the comScore Data including but not limited to the software listed on Schedule 1.1.
